Shipping Policy for BobbyPoff.Shop

1. Processing Time

Unless otherwise stated, all items are available for pre-order only. Orders are processed at the time of sale. Shipping times are calculated from the moment the items are ready to ship, not from the order date. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S. States):

  • Flat Rate: $7.99
  • Estimated Delivery: 2-5 business days from the date items are shipped.

Once your item has been produced and is ready to ship, domestic delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:

  • Availability: We offer worldwide shipping.
  • Customer Responsibility: Like our domestic shipping, all international shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Protective Packaging & Handling Surcharge: An additional $2.99 surcharge will be applied to all international orders to cover protective packaging and handling.
  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Please note that customs, import duties, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

BobbyPoff.Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, any issues related to lost or stolen packages should be directed to the carrier. We recommend checking with your local post office or the carrier's customer service for assistance.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BobbyPoff.Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

BobbyPoff.Shop is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will assist you in the process as much as possible, but the responsibility lies with the carrier once the package leaves our facility.
